本機用于電機轉子經滴漆烘干后鐵芯外圓自動車削的專用設備。采用進口PLC程控，雙刀車削，三菱變頻無級調速，液壓缸壓力調節走刀速度，V形塊支撐轉子軸，軸承檔有自動噴油裝置，百分表顯示進刀車削量，皮帶摩擦轉子外圓自動車削，所有動作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作簡單方便。
