本機適用于汽車發電機定子及轉子的預烘熱絕緣滴漆及自動烘干的專用設備。本機可同時裝夾相同數量的轉子和定子，采用三菱PLC程控，中文顯示界面，隧道式雙邊烘道，特殊鏈條及轉動裝置實現步進和工件自轉功能，三菱變頻無級調速，蠕動泵控制滴漆流量，調節均勻，裝有煙霧抽風裝置，預熱、滴漆、烘干一體化，操作簡單，工作效率高。

This machine is suitable for pre-heating, insulation painting and automatic drying of stator and rotor of automobile generator. This machine can simultaneously clamp the same numbers of rotors and stators. This machine uses Mitsubishi PLC, HMI display, double drying tunnel, special chain and rotating device to realize stepping and workpiece rotation function, Mitsubishi frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, peristaltic pump to control the flow of dripping paint and can be adjusted evenly, equipped with smoke exhaust device. It is integration of preheating, paint trickling and drying , simple operation and high efficiency.
