SN-2 Armature Outer Winding End Twisting and Inserting Machine

本機是對機器或人工嵌好線的雙層電樞上層線頭進行扭頭，扭頭后并同步將換向器上層的線頭壓入換向器的專用設備(下層在嵌線時已經壓入換向器)。采用PLC程控，彩色觸摸屏修改參數，增壓缸加壓，伺服電機扭頭入槽，定位準確，自動化程度高。

This machine is suitable for twisting upper-layer head of a double-layer armature which is coils embedded by worker or machine,and then pressing the wire end into commutator(the lower layer has been pressed into the commutator already when embedding).It adopts PLC, colorful touch screen to modify parameters, pressurizing cylinder to pressurize, servo motor to twist wire end into slot, accurate positioning and high degree of automation.
