適用于起動電機換向器端線頭切平后把線頭并入換向器的專用設備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏顯示，電機減速驅動主軸旋轉，步進電機步進無銅屑切平和滾壓式將線頭并頭入換向器嵌線槽，氣缸尾座頂緊轉子，操作簡單，自動化程度高。
