ZHX-2 Coil Shaping and Inserting and Commutator Pressing Machine
本機是汽車電機等各種電機轉子線圈整形、換向器自動壓入的專用設備。本機采用液壓油缸和伺服缸為運動源。有單工位僅用一種產品，雙工位適用兩種產品，左右工位結構相同，工作模式一樣�？刂齐娐酚扇釶LC和觸摸屏顯示器組成，可分自動、手動和單步三種方法操作。
This machine is a special device for shaping the rotor coil of various motors such as automobile motors and automatically pressing the commutator. This machine uses hydraulic cylinders and servo cylinders as the source of motion. One station type is suitable for one kind of product, and two stations type is suitable for two kinds of products. The left and right stations have the same structure and the same working mode. The control circuit consists of Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen display, which can be operated in three ways: automatic, manual and single step.
