本機適用于汽車起動電機電樞扁裸線繞組的自動送線、校直、切斷、自動扭拉成形的一種專用設備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏或液晶顯示器設定參數，由獨立放線機，校直送線機構及下料成形機三部分組成，定長送線、機械聯動自動扭轉臂拉成形結構，四刀切斷，成形角度可調節。
