DKXJ-1 Huge Stator Wire Inserting and Flaring in One Machine

DKXJ-1型大型定子嵌線擴口一體機是專為大型電機定子繞組自動嵌線而設計的專用設備。適用于較大定子、較多繞組，較長定子線圈的嵌線，嵌好后線圈繞組排列整齊，分次嵌線擴口整形。線圈繞組不易傷線，采用嵌線針把絕緣紙和線圈一次性嵌入定子中，嵌線速度快效率高。本機有手動、單步、自動三種工作方式，便于調試和自動操作, 采用三菱可編程控制器程控，彩色觸摸屏顯示器修改參數，美觀大方，操作方便，本機有故障自檢功能，常見故障均能在顯示器上顯示。

Inserting and flaring in one machine for huge stator coils. Suitable for inserting big stator coils with many turns. Inserting and flaring could be done one time or repeated. Windings damage is not easily occurred. Insulation paper and coils together insert into slots by needle with fast speed. The mac  hine has three modes: manual, single-step, automatic. Apply Mitsubishi PLC, colorful touch screen for setting parameters and checking results of Built-in self test. Beautiful, efficient, easy operating,neat windings.
